Sharon Wauchob
Sharon Wauchob graduated from Central Saint Martin’s School in 1993. Before launching her eponymous label in Paris in 1999, she worked as a ready-to-wear and accessories designer for Louis Vuitton, a position that she held from 1997 – 2001.
Wauchob is one of the few British designers who has established a successful fashion label in Paris and has been showing on the official Paris Fashion Week calendar since 2003.
Not only is she highly respected as a designer but also has over 120 points of sale in over 40 countries.
In January 2010 Wauchob was named creative director of Edun – the eco-fashion label launched in 2005 by Ali Hewson and Bono and co-owned by LVMH.
Spring/Summer 2011 will see Sharon’s debut collection for the brand which includes both mens and womenswear lines – the latter of which will have its much awaited re-launch show during New York fashion week.
